She is a Wilton Certified Trainer and the first in Portugal to obtain certification from the Korean Association in Buttercream Flowers. In addition, she is recognized as a certified trainer in Flowers Cake by the Korea Design Cake Art Association.

Teresa maintains an incessant thirst for knowledge, undertaking training in various areas with renowned international chefs.

His resume is unmatched in Portugal, and he is admired by both colleagues and industry professionals.

Teresa has had the honor of training professionals for large multinationals, such as Dekora, Prodite Zeelandia, Master Martini, PME, Wilton, Pan& Past and Whirsensation and has shared her knowledge around the world, always with the motto of teaching with passion, rigor and professionalism.

Passionate about the art of pastry and cake design, she founded the Professional Cake Design Academy / Bakery School, currently recognized as the best training institution in Portugal. This certified training space offers classes aimed not only at professionals, but also at pastry and decoration enthusiasts.
