Specializing in conducting monitoring audits during the implementation of the HACCP system, she has played a crucial role in promoting food safety and quality in several companies.
Throughout her career, she has worked as a Quality Technician in various food industry organizations, accumulating extensive practical experience. She also dedicates herself to training new professionals, teaching Youth Education and Training courses and Professional courses in the areas of Restaurants, Nutrition, and Quality.
With a strong commitment to excellence, Inês Ferreira Bernardo believes that education and continuous improvement are fundamental to raising standards in the food industry.
