Chef Luísa Alves has a degree in Graphic Arts, but her passion for the art of Pastry led her to combine the two projects into one!
The Chef studied in France but came to Portugal 20 years ago where she opened her own pastry shop.
Today he focuses on cake painting, an area in which he studied and in which he provides training at our academy.
With an extensive background in the pastry industry, where she is also a trainer.
