Founder and Coordinator Teresa Henriques is a dynamic and visionary chef, recognized for her dedication to training professionals with rigor and professionalism.

With a vision for the future and attentive to market needs, the Chef founded her own Academy with the aim of offering differentiated, high-quality training.

Realizing the growing demand for specialized and certified courses, the Chef, together with her husband Francisco Henriques, brought together  experienced trainers and excellent companies to create the first national school with certified courses, which stands out for its innovation and commitment to excellence.

Always at the forefront of innovation, the couple organized major cake design events in Portugal, promoting the art and techniques of pastry with creativity and professionalism.

Furthermore, the couple, always with a visionary attitude, have published three best-selling books in the area of cake design and pastry, recognized and praised by critics and the public, with a fourth book in development, which counts on the active participation of their students.

His philosophy is clear and inspiring: "I discovered that the greatest source of happiness for me is seeing my students fly, because my name will always be on their wings." This phrase reflects his commitment to training not just professionals, but true talents who carry on his legacy.
