Sílvia Baptista has been a chocolate trainer at the Professional Cake Design Academy since 2016.

His specialization includes training with Sandra Ornelas (executive chef at L'École Valrhona), Jorge Cardoso (Portuguese chocolatier who won the World Champion title), Emmanuel Hamon (French pastry chef), as well as courses with Jordi Bordas (World Pastry Champion and creator of the B-Concept methodology) and Gregory Doyen (pastry chef).

He is currently studying for a Master's in Gastronomic Sciences (FCT NOVA – Faculty of Science and Technology of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and ISA – Instituto Superior de Agronomia), where he is expanding his knowledge at the intersection between science and gastronomy.
